Sparklight Support Services is a non-profit organization established in 2018 and incorporated in the state of Maryland. Our mission is to provide high-quality, individualized services to people with intellectual disabilities, focusing on a person-centered approach that emphasizes the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each individual we serve. Through our Personal Support and Supported Living programs, our vision to achieve meaningful outcomes that enhance the quality of life for the individuals in our care. These goals include promoting greater independence, improving community integration, fostering self-advocacy, and ensuring individuals have access to resources and support that enable them to live fulfilling, dignified lives.

At Sparklight Support Services, we believe everyone should have the freedom to make choices about their life. Our Supported Living program helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible, with the right support to reach their goals. Each person has control over where they live, who they live with, and how they spend their time.
